ZZ 'Zamicro' is a dwarf variety of ZZ, shrinking the statement floor-sized plant to something suitable for a desktop. ZZ plants are a classic that can add a tropical touch to any room. That is- they take the light given to them (so long as there is some!) and should only be watered when the soil is completely dry. ZZ plants are not pet safe, as they contain some toxic compounds if injested. They can be placed in certain arid reptile enclosures, however, they can grow up to 4 feet tall and do not trim easily. This is something to consider when choosing plants for your enclosures.
