ZZ 'Raven' is one of the most sought after ZZs out there! Their new leaves will come in bright green, then as they harden off, they turn to their black color! They have very similar care to snake plants. That is- they take the light given to them (so long as there is some!) and should only be watered when the soil is completely dry. ZZ plants are not pet safe, as they contain some toxic compounds if injested. They can be placed in certain arid reptile enclosures, however, they can grow up to 4 feet tall and do not trim easily. This is something to consider when choosing plants for your enclosures.
Plants will ship bare root and are suitable for a 4 inch pot. Photos are representative and some variation should be expected.
