Air plants are a classic plant for those who dislike dirt! Fast becoming a fantastic addition to any modern home, these live plants are low maintenance and easily kept alive in a terrarium. Misting every few days is suggested, as well as an occasional soak for about 30 minutes. When soaking is done, shake out any excess water and allow to dry upside down for at least 4 hours. For more detailed information, visit the blog post entitled "Air Plants- Tillandsia." An information card will also be sent with your order.
Tillandsia baileyi is native to southern Texas and Mexico and is often found growing on live oak trees. They have attractive, curving foliage similar to that of a snake. The foliage will darken if exposed to too much direct sun.
