Philodendron brandtianum is a climbing species of philodendron and does best with some support as it grows. If given this support, the leaves will gain in size quickly, making a beautiful display. If support is not given, this species of philodendron will trail and the leaves will remain smaller. Like other Philodendron, this is a wonderful beginner's plant.
