Nepenthes 'St. Gaya' is a hybrid of N. khasiana x (ventricosa x maxima). This cultivar makes a great houseplant and a fantastic plant for those just beginning their tropical pitcher plant journey. 'St. Gaya' is a compact grower, often with numerous active pitchers. Mature pitchers will grow up to 6 inches long, with stunning red speckles on a yellow-green background. Nepenthes, like the other carnivorous plants are pet safe. They can be included in bioactive enclosures, as well, but they will need an isolated soil or moss section to grow in, as their roots are sensitive and require distilled water and low nutrient content substrate.
Plants will be shipped bare root and are suitable for a 6 inch pot. Photos are representative and some natural variations should be expected.
