Dischidia oiantha variegata is an epiphytic vine native to the Philippines, where they grow on trees and other structures. These plants prefer bright light, but can tolerate medium to low. Water when the soil is 50-75% dry. Keeping these plants in a well draining mix is key.
Most plants in the genus Dischidia are not pet safe, along with many of the other members of the milkweed family. If your pet nibbles on the vines, the latex sap may cause drooling and minor stomach upset. Sap can cause irritation in humans with sensitive skin.
Plants will be shipped bare root and are suitable for a 4 inch pot.
