This cultivar of jade has smaller leaves, giving it the adorable nickname baby jade! Jades contain insoluble calcium oxalates, making them not pet safe. These crystals can cause GI irritation. Reptiles, on the other hand, can tolerate these crystals and jades are safe to include in arid reptile enclosures like those for uromastyx, leopard geckos, and bearded dragons!
