Calendula are medicinal flowers that can be used topically, in a tea, or eaten as a salad garnish. Each plant can produce up to 100 blooms, making it a great cut flower candidate. Plant this flower cottage garden style, lining bed borders, or as a companion plant in the vegetable and herb gardens.
These productive calendula seeds germinate in just 7-14 days when soil temperatures are above 65°F. Plant them 1/4" deep and space 10-15" apart in full sun for best results. Growing 1-2' tall with a spread of 6-8", they'll mature in 50-60 days, providing you with a long season of beautiful blooms. Each packet contains 250 seeds.
